Graduates who will participate in the minor training between 14-17 September 2024 must show a negative test result with any of the following 3 formats:

**Form 1: Documents tested by RT-PCR method

**Form 2: Documents tested by ATK method from clinic/hospital

**Form 3: Photo of ATK test result by yourself (For those who test by themselves, write the date and time of the test and put it on the ID card, as in the example.

You can cover the ID card number)

****The test result must be taken no more than 24 hours before each training session.*

***If the test result is not submitted, you will not be able to participate in the training.***
