On April 24, 2025, Assistant Professor Dr. Khwanchai Sukkon, Associate Dean for Student Affairs of the Faculty of Engineering and Industrial Technology, along with Assistant Professor Jitravadee  Roongin Kunkar, Head of the Department of Real Estate and Facility Management, participated in the consecration ceremony of “Phra Phikanet Prathan Phon Suan Sunandha,” the Ganesha deity of blessings, which was formally enshrined in front of the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts.

The ceremony was presided over by Associate Professor Dr. Chutikarn Sriviboon, President of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, and was graciously officiated by Phra Maharajakhru Pithi Sri Wisutthikhun, a senior Brahmin priest, at the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.

The event was organized by the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts to promote auspiciousness and to express the collective faith in Lord Ganesha, the deity of arts, wisdom, and success. The statue of “Phra Phikanet Prathan Phon Suan Sunandha” was specially commissioned to serve as a sacred landmark and spiritual center for students, faculty members, staff, and devotees.
