On June 12, 2025, Asst. Prof. Dr. Chonmapat Torasa, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Industrial Technology, along with faculty members from the Department of Robotics Engineering, attended the opening ceremony of the Brics Skill Competition Thailand 2025, a competition focused on Artificial Intelligence Robotics.
The event is held from June 12–13, 2025, at Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin, Salaya Campus, Nakhon Pathom Province.
The Department of Robotics Engineering has entered the competition with their representative team, SSRU ROBOT 01.
