On August 8, 2025, the organizing committee for The 11th International STEM Education Conference 2026 (iSTEM-Ed 2026) attended a preparatory meeting for the upcoming event, which is scheduled to be held from July 15–17, 2026, at The Empress Hotel, Chiang Mai Province. This follows the formal handover of the conference flag from The 10th International STEM Education Conference 2025 (iSTEM-Ed 2025) held earlier.

The meeting took place at the Phisamai Phimolsat Conference Room, 5th Floor, Building 43, Faculty of Engineering and Industrial Technology, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.
