On October 17, 2025, Assistant Professor Dr. Chonmapat Torasa, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Industrial Technology, together with the executive team and Assistant Professor Jitravadee Roongin Kunkar, Head of the Real Estate and Building Resource Management Program, participated in the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony between Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University and CBRE (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

The ceremony was presided over by Associate Professor Dr. Komson Sommanawat, Vice President for Administration, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, and Mr. Sathit Sirithanapuvadol, Human Resources Manager, who jointly signed the MOU. The event took place at Phitsamai Pimonsat Meeting Room, 5th Floor, Building 43, Faculty of Engineering and Industrial Technology, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.

The purpose of this MOU is to promote and support academic collaboration, including curriculum development, teaching and learning enhancement, professional graduate production, and the integration of academic and professional cooperation. It also aims to foster collaboration in research and academic services, as well as to provide internship and cooperative education opportunities for students and personnel, enabling them to gain practical experience in real workplace environments.

In addition, Ms. Napasnat Jitrapattananan, an alumna of the Real Estate and Building Resource Management Program, served as the project coordinator for this MOU signing ceremony.
