OpenServe Public Company Limited is a producer and distributor of digital learning media in online formats, including eBooks and videos (VDO), and is also the developer of the OKMS Online Digital Media Management System and the I Love Library program, which are used for creating eBooks and eCatalogs. In addition, the company is a pioneer in the development of online digital library systems, being the first to initiate such a system. At present, its platforms are utilized by more than 700 public and private sector organizations, representing the highest number of users in Thailand.


The MOU was officially signed by Assistant Professor Dr. Nutthapat Kaewrattanapat, Vice President for Academic Affairs of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, and Mr. Sorapol Suksawat, Chief Operating Officer of OpenServe Public Company Limited. The ceremony was held at Pitsamai Pimonmasat Meeting Room, 5th Floor, Building 43, Faculty of Engineering and Industrial Technology, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.


The objective of this agreement is to promote and support academic collaboration, curriculum development, teaching and learning management, and the production of professional graduates. It also aims to strengthen academic and professional cooperation, encourage joint research activities, provide academic services, and implement other mutually agreed activities or projects. Furthermore, the agreement supports the provision of professional training opportunities for students and personnel, as well as promotes experiential learning by enabling students to gain real-world experience in professional workplaces.
