On June 26, 2026, Assistant Professor Dr. Chonmapat Torasa, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Industrial Technology, together with the organizing committee of The 11th International STEM Education Conference 2026 (iSTEM-Ed 2026), attended a preparatory meeting to discuss the arrangements for the upcoming international conference.

The conference is scheduled to be held from July 15–17, 2026, at The Empress Hotel, Chiang Mai Province. The meeting took place at the Pissamai Pimolsat Meeting Room, 5th Floor, Building 43, Faculty of Engineering and Industrial Technology, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, with additional participants joining via Google Meet.

The purpose of the meeting was to review the conference agenda, coordinate operational responsibilities, and ensure that all aspects of the event are thoroughly prepared. The discussions focused on achieving seamless coordination among the organizing committee and maintaining the high standards expected of an international academic conference, thereby ensuring the successful delivery of The 11th International STEM Education Conference 2026 (iSTEM-Ed 2026).
