Assistant Professor Dr. Chonmapat Torasa, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Industrial Technology, together with Dr. Thongchai Thongmar, Vice Dean for Administration and Quality Assurance, participated in the training program “Developing Strategic Management Skills and Organizational Performance Measurement through OKRs & EdPEx Results.”

The training aimed to enhance participants’ knowledge and understanding of strategic management concepts and organizational goal-setting through the OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) framework. It focused on developing the skills needed to define clear Objectives and Key Results that align with an organization’s vision, mission, and strategic directions, as well as strengthening participants’ ability to measure, analyze, and evaluate organizational performance by integrating the principles of EdPEx (Education Criteria for Performance Excellence).

The training was presided over by Associate Professor Dr. Chutikarn Sriviboon, President of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, and featured Assistant Professor Dr. Thara Thammaroj as the guest speaker.

The training was held at the Chorkaew Conference Room, 5th Floor, Building 31, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, with participants also joining online via Google Meet.
